The challenges that await you: 

  • Work collaboratively with our affiliate teams to design reports on key metrics, identify trends and opportunities across all channels, campaigns and consumer segments and propose solutions for their analytics and KPI requests; 
    • Track and analyze the conversion tunnel to properly measure the performance of web activities;

  • Provide analysis of prospect data and recommendations on how to achieve effective campaign results in relation to goals, objectives and expenses and track campaign costing; 
  • Design and maintain dashboards based on corporate KPIs for both Humania and group subsidiaries; 
  • Prepare ad hoc reports based on business issues; 
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Finance Department and Humania management to produce various financial and operational dashboards; 
  • Conduct root cause analysis to assess changes in metrics and underlying causes; 
  • Evaluate the impact of various initiatives and measure results. When necessary, make recommendations for improvement; 
  • Create, manage and disseminate data and information through routine and ad hoc reporting using analytical tools and reporting and analysis platforms (Power BI, Excel and others); 
  • Document the report preparation process and use of reports, providing initial training and occasional support to report users; 
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on their various projects; 
  • Any other responsibilities. 

Your expertise and assets:  

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (math, statistics, computer science, engineering, etc.); 
  • Approximately three years of experience in an equivalent role, including hands-on expertise in conducting and delivering quantitative analysis; 
  • Approximately three years of online marketing experience; 
  • Experience in designing dashboards based on company KPIs; 
  • Ability to obtain insights from web data (Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.); 
  • Demonstrated success in presenting clear and compelling web reports (both qualitative and quantitative) that drive action;

  • Bilingualism; 
  • Experience in programming, an asset; 
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, an asset.
