The challenges that await you:
- Produce financial statements for the various subsidiaries or entities related to Humania Assurance (approximately 5);
- Prepare account reconciliations and analyses required for the production of the financial statements of the various entities of the Humania group;
- Prepare documents required by the external auditors as part of the financial statement audit;
- Follow-up on accounts payable, including the management of credit cards and expense accounts;
- Prepare statutory reports required by the AMF and other regulatory bodies and coordinate required filings with the compliance department;
- Prepare various tax or statutory reports required for the different entities of the group (e.g.: consumption taxes, insurance taxes, taxes and others). Ensure that payments are made on time;
- Participate in internal audit procedures;
- Participate in various special projects.
Your expertise and assets:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance;
- Approximately 3 years of relevant job experience;
- Good knowledge of the complete accounting cycle;
- Relevant experience in insurance of persons, an asset;
- Knowledge of a spreadsheet program such as Excel;
- Functional knowledge of English.
