The challenges that await you:
- Optimize the processes of the Accounting Department;
- Participate and/or coordinate activities related to the implementation of new accounting/finance tools/software to improve processes and information;
- Work on the implementation of an accounting process for new partners and new insurance products in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with accounting rules and proper control and minimize the impact on the accounting team;
- Perform various financial analyses to understand the source of issues or problems and work to implement concrete solutions to resolve them or mitigate the impact on resources;
- Support management on specific issues or analyses;
- Support and collaborate on various Finance team initiatives.
Your expertise and assets:
- Professional accounting designation C.P.A. obtained;
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience;
- Experience in the implementation of financial systems, an asset;
- Lean Six Sigma certification, an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of computer tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Business Central and Power BI;
- Bilingualism.
